The tensioner consists of an outer tensioning sleeve made of stainless steel 1.4305 and a ferrule made of a high-quality CuNi alloy, which you press onto the end of the wire rope. The clamping sleeves are rotatable, allowing the clamping sleeves to be fastened and tensioned with normal M6/M8 screws or special bolts with a smooth shaft.
The crimping is done with a special tool, which you can buy from us or hire for a small fee.
