The stainless steel wire rope in the construction 8 x 7+PPC standard EN 12385-4:2002 (formerly DIN 3056) is made of stainless steel (material 1.4301). This stainless steel wire rope has medium elongation and flexibility. Thanks to the soft polypropylene core (core), the wire rope is also suitable for smaller bending bends. A pulley with 40 times the rope diameter is recommended.
The 6 x 19+PPC standard EN 12385-4:2002 (formerly DIN 3060) stainless steel manure removal rope is made of stainless steel (material 1.4401). This stainless steel wire rope has a high elongation and flexibility. The 6x19 manure removal rope is slightly more flexible than the 8x7 wire rope, but the finer strands mean that the 6x19 wire rope is not as resistant to damage in manure removal systems.
HMPE manure removal rope / scraper rope - MagSteel D12 HPME stands for high-modulus polyethylene and has established itself firmly on the market as a textile wire rope replacement.
