Excellent crimping for maximum safety The crimps at the end of the wire rope are made by precise crimping from high-quality copper or a copper/tin alloy (Cu Sn). These crimps guarantee maximum strength and reliability, ensuring that the connection neither slips nor breaks under load. The available press sizes are:

• CU copper pressing: 0.5mm, 3.0 - 12mm
• Cu Sn - copper/tin compression: 1.5-2.5mm

Our stainless steel wire rope is available in various rope classes:

• 7x7 (DIN 3055): Medium flexibility / strength, adaptable all-rounder
• 7x19 (DIN 3060): Soft, high flexibility, particularly suitable for “running goods” over pulleys, winches and sheaves
• 1x19 (DIN 3053): Very low-stretch and stiff, maximum stability
