Product information "Stainless Steel Wire Rope - 4.00mm ø - One-Sided with Thimble Crimping"
Stainless steel wire rope with single-sided loop - High quality for versatile applications
Our stainless steel wire rope with thimble crimp on one side is made to measure to the highest quality standards and offers a perfect solution for demanding applications. Made from high quality A4 - AISI 316 stainless steel, this wire rope is characterized by outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.
Excellent crimping for maximum safety The thimble crimp at the end of the wire rope is made by precise crimping from high-quality copper or a copper/tin alloy (Cu Sn). These crimps guarantee maximum strength and reliability, ensuring that the connection neither slips nor breaks under load. The available press sizes are:
- CU copper pressing: 0.5mm, 3.0 - 12mm
- Cu Sn - copper/tin compression: 1.5-2.5mm
Our stainless steel wire rope is available in various rope classes:
- 7x7 (DIN 3055): Medium flexibility / strength, adaptable all-rounder
- 7x19 (DIN 3060): Soft, high flexibility, particularly suitable for “running goods” over pulleys, winches and sheaves
- 1x19 (DIN 3053): Very low-stretch and stiff, maximum stability
Use the configurator above to select the wire rope that best suits your application. Be it for construction, DIY projects or outdoor activities.
