Gleistein DynaOne HS Max – Dyneema DM20 Performance Line
Product Description
DynaOne HS Max is a heat-set 12-strand Dyneema DM20 performance line engineered for static high-load applications. It combines extremely low creep behaviour with minimal elongation and very high linear breaking load. Designed for structural onboard applications where constant length stability is critical.
Dyneema DM20 is developed specifically for permanent static loads. Heat setting optimises fibre alignment and reduces working elongation. This makes DynaOne HS Max ideal as a Dyneema control line for high-load backstay trim systems.
The pure 12-strand single braid construction allows easy splicing while maintaining dimensional stability. Without a cover, the focus remains entirely on maximum core strength at minimal diameter and weight.
